If your problem is of a minor nature you do not have to wait on a Doctor’s appointment, you can go straight to your community pharmacy and access help via the NHS Scotland Pharmacy First Service (formerly known as minor ailments). This service has been updated and is free to all people living in Scotland. Immunocompromised patients can be assessed for antiviral treatment within FIVE days of a positive test. This is assessed by the NHS GGC Flow Navigation Hub (0800 121 7072) and not the practice. Please do not contact the practice with queries regarding this service. More information can be found here
